At Gzookennel, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their pet purchase. Due to the nature of live pet sales, our refund and return policy has specific conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Returns are only applicable for pets with serious health issues, diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.
- The pet must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all necessary documents.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to ethical and health concerns, we do not accept returns for:
- Pets returned due to change of mind or inability to care for them.
- Dogs that have already been vaccinated, treated, or exposed to new environments.
- Perishable pet products like food, supplements, or hygiene products.
3. Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved, 30% of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after verification.
- If the refund is delayed, kindly check with your bank before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
- We only exchange pets if they have a serious health condition, diagnosed within 48 hours of purchase.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the same or similar breed.
5. Shipping & Returns
- We provide our own shipping service, delivering pets via bus transport.
- Our team will contact the customer directly to arrange delivery.
- Orders are typically delivered within 2 days after purchase.
- Customers must return the pet to our facility at [Your Address] if a return is approved.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
